Working Principle————————
The working principle of a laboratory rotary drum ball mill revolves around the movement and friction within the drum. Here's how it operates
Loading of Samples and Grinding Media:
Firstly, the desired solid samples and grinding media (typically metal balls) are placed inside the drum. These samples and media will undergo mixing and grinding within the drum.
Drum Rotation:
Once the samples and media are loaded, the drum begins to rotate. The rotation of the drum can be achieved through motor drive or manual operation. This rotational motion forms the basis of the equipment's operation, causing the samples and media to move inside the drum.
Friction and Collision between Samples and Media:
As the samples and media move with the rotation of the drum, friction and collisions occur between them. This friction and collision result in the crushing and mixing of sample particles, thus achieving the grinding and uniform mixing of the samples.
Effect of Gravity:
During the rotation of the drum, the samples and media also move downward along the drum wall due to gravity. This helps to increase the friction and collision between the samples and media, facilitating the grinding and mixing process.

A: Our available roll mill jars are alumina / zirconia ceramic, nylon, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, PTFE, polyurethane and so on.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF.
3.Q: Can you accept small quantity sample order before production?
A: Yes, we can offer sample for your testing first before production, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
4.Q: What is your production time?
A: Generally, it will take 3-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5.Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance against the copy of original B/L. Or 100% L/C at sight. We'll show you the photos of the products and the copy of original B/L before you pay the balance.
