Product Description————————
1. Rolling Jar Mill is a kind of powder milling equipment used for ultra-fine grinding and mixing for laboratory and small batch production, which is also called roller ball mill with more than two working positions.
2. The machine is preferred equipment for scientific research, education, experiment and production due to its advantage such as elegant and fashion design, compact structure, easy operation, high efficiency, and uniform granularity.
3. It is widely applied to industries of electronic materials, magnetic materials, biological medicine, ceramic glaze, mental powder, nonmetallic minerals, new materials and etc.
4. Optimal design of rotating speed is adopted in the machine. Mill jar is dragged to rotate by rubber roller and balls inside the jar make incline flow movement and disperse materials.
Working Principle————————
When the machine starts to work, the grinding media and the materials of the cylinder are rotated to a certain height.
Due to the gravity, they fall down from the tube wall.
The materials are crushed by impact action of the grinding media, and friction and shearing action of grinding media’s rolling and sliding.
It not only saves time and labor, but is easy for operation.

A: Our available roll mill jars are alumina / zirconia ceramic, nylon, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, PTFE, polyurethane and so on.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF.
3.Q: Can you accept small quantity sample order before production?
A: Yes, we can offer sample for your testing first before production, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
4.Q: What is your production time?
A: Generally, it will take 3-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5.Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance against the copy of original B/L. Or 100% L/C at sight. We'll show you the photos of the products and the copy of original B/L before you pay the balance.
