①Usually, the weight of four ball mills Jars (tanks + balls + samples + auxiliary materials) should be basically the same to maintain smooth operation, reduce noise caused by vibration, and extend the service life of the equipment. If the sample is insufficient, symmetrical use (only two tanks) is also acceptable.
②The maximum loading volume is two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill, and the remaining one-third is used as the operating space.
③When the grinding ball media overflows the grinding tank, it means that the speed is too high and the speed should be reduced. The high speed does not necessarily mean high efficiency. When the operation starts, the speed can be higher; after a period of time, the speed can be reduced, so that the ball milling efficiency is higher.
④If an abnormal sound suddenly occurs during the normal operation of the ball mill, shut down the machine immediately, check whether the ball mill is loose, tighten the bolts and restart the ball mill.
⑤If the ball milling force field suddenly decreases or disappears during normal operation of the ball mill, shut down the machine immediately and unplug the power cord, and turn the ball mill by hand. If one or more ball mills are not rotating smoothly, the gear is damaged and needs to be replaced.
⑥ If you hear metal friction or smell when the ball mill is running normally, shut down the machine immediately and unplug the power cord. Move the support tank by hand. If the shaft is loose, the bearing is worn and needs to be replaced.
⑦ After work, cut off the power supply.
