Low Temperature Planetary Ball Mill

 Low temperature planetary ball mill is a combination of planetary ball mill and refrigeration device. Most materials will heat up during high-speed grinding due to friction or exothermic reaction, which may cause changes in the physical and chemical properties of the materials and produce negative grinding effects. Low temperature planetary ball mill is mainly used in material grinding processes that require strict temperature control.
Low temperature planetary ball mill continuously inputs the cold air generated by the air refrigeration system into the planetary ball mill equipped with a heat preservation cover. These cold air absorbs and takes away the heat generated by the high-speed rotating ball mill in time, so that the ball mill containing materials and grinding balls is always in a certain low temperature environment.

Low temperature planetary ball mill has expanded the scope of application of the same material research due to the realization of low temperature ball milling; due to the realization of low temperature ball milling, the application range of materials has been expanded, so that some materials that could not be ball milled before (temperature increase causes qualitative change and deformation) can be ground.
