1. Carry out test machine inspection.

Connect the power supply of the instrument and turn on the air leakage protection switch, then turn the safety switch clockwise, and then restart the running switch (the safety switch is used to cut off the power supply in an emergency.

When pressed, the power is disconnected. Turn it clockwise. The pop-up state when turned in the direction is power on).

After the test run is fault-free, subsequent operations can be carried out.

2. Place the materials and grinding balls.

In order to obtain better grinding effect, there is a certain proportion of grinding balls and sample materials.

In addition, large, medium and small balls should be used in combination.

The large ball is used to crush the sample and disperse the small ball, and the small ball is used to mix and grind the sample.

3. Install the fixed ball mill tank and start grinding.

Place the ball mill jar containing the sample and grinding balls on the jar holder of the main wheel of the instrument and fix it, then close the lid and prepare to start grinding.

4. Remove the ball mill tank and unload.
