1. Keep the surface of the instrument clean and the cavity free of dust pollution. Pay attention to regularly checking whether the lubricating oil or grease is sufficient, and pay attention to checking the sealing of the whole machine. Industrial gear oil is generally used as lubricating oil at room temperature.

2. The lubricating oil of the reducer should be replaced for the first time after 300 to 600 hours of initial operation. During replacement, residual oil stains should be removed. From now on, the oil should be changed every 1500 to 5000 hours, but the oil change interval should not exceed 18 months.

3. Pay attention to the observation of each instrument. If there is any abnormality, stop it in time to eliminate it. If the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated, the operation should be stopped.

4. Operators should receive relevant operating training and fully understand the structure and performance of the machine. Before operating the machine, read the instruction manual and operate according to the instructions.

5. Pay attention to the workload during the running-in period. The workload during the running-in period should generally not exceed 80% of the rated workload, and an appropriate workload must be deployed to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.
