When there are too few grinding balls, the frequency of grinding balls acting on materials is greatly reduced, and the efficiency is reduced accordingly; when there are too many grinding balls, although the frequency increases, the grinding activity space is reduced when the amount of material added remains unchanged, and the grinding balls do not have enough space to obtain kinetic energy, so the force on the materials naturally becomes smaller, and the highest efficiency cannot be achieved.

In fact, when the laboratory planetary ball mill is shipped, professional manufacturers will configure the number, size ratio and material of grinding balls. Users only need to use them directly. For users who do not have a complete set of grinding balls, it is recommended to use the standard ball loading, which is one-third of the volume of the ball mill tank.
